Hi, I’m Amanda McGovern.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist who helps women navigating life’s transitions, highly sensitive people (HSPs), individuals managing ADHD, and those who have experienced trauma step into their authentic selves and shift from overwhelm and anxiety to calm, intentional living.
