Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m passionate about helping individuals—especially those who are highly sensitive or managing the impacts of ADHD, women navigating life’s transitions, and those who have experienced trauma—rediscover their sense of calm, purpose, and authenticity.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, and trapped in cycles of anxiety that keep you stuck overthinking or experiencing physical symptoms of stress. It’s exhausting to constantly be in survival mode, second-guessing yourself, or worrying about meeting everyone else’s expectations. I’ve been there too.
Whether you're navigating life’s transitions, managing the impacts of ADHD, searching for healing from past trauma, or feeling disconnected in your sex life and relationships, I understand how complex and difficult it can be. Healing is not about fixing what's “broken”—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been neglected or overshadowed.
That's why I specialize in helping individuals shift from toxic stress, burnout and overwhelm to a life where you can truly breathe again—one where your needs are honored, your boundaries are respected, and you can feel grounded in your own skin.
My Approach
I blend a variety of healing modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and somatic (body-oriented) techniques, to create a holistic, customized approach that’s as unique as you are. Whether we’re exploring your thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations, or navigating challenges like relationship dynamics, my goal is to support you in integrating all parts of yourself to cultivate deep, lasting change.

My Background
As a licensed mental health therapist, I’ve spent years studying and practicing a range of therapeutic methods that connect the mind, body, and spirit. I’m particularly drawn to working with women, people prone to nervous system overwhelm (HSPs and people with ADHD and/or traumatic experiences) and those in caregiving roles, because I understand the unique challenges that come with feeling deeply, taking on the weight of others’ emotions, and navigating a world that can sometimes feel like too much.
I offer individual therapy both in-person in St. Petersburg and online throughout Florida, so you can get the support you need no matter where you are in the sunshine state.
